Combined TESOL Course Outline
The theory of this Combined Course aims to provide a solid introduction to the world of TESOL. Upon completion of the theory, trainees will acquire good working knowledge of the English grammatical and phonology systems as well as an awareness of the skills and techniques required for successful language teaching. The observed teaching practice (6 hours) aims to put trainees in a “real environment” of teaching English to Vietnamese students to see how the trainees will apply what they have studied online. When finishing the teaching practice, the trainees are confident in preparing lesson plans, managing classrooms as well as adapting materials from a textbook.
